Great place for lunch. I have received numerous emails from United about this place. Usually, I get to the airport and find something to eat close to my gate. Recently, I decided to instead try something different and I am really happy that I did. As seen in the photo, it is a small little restaurant in terminal C. Staff was friendly and attentive. The food options were impressive. My burger was cooked perfectly. Although it requires some planning, Classified is definitely worth a visit.

Loved this place when it first opened, it was a really calm retreat in a busy airport. Was there again two days ago, but enough things were off that I'm not sure I can recommend it, especially at this price. First of all, there was a very annoying, bothersome mechanical droning noise coming from nearby (maybe from the tarmac) that was much more audible than even at the restaurant next door. Secondly - the food and service has lost a lot of polish. It took quite a few minutes to get my wine, it didn't come until my appetizer. The appetizer itself (Thai calamari) was overdressed in the sweet and spicy sauce, and it just felt sloppy and what you get in a bar trying to get fusion food in their menu. My main (seared tuna) was better but for the fact that the tuna was almost fully cold by the time it made it to my table. There were more people around and the service staff seemed overstretched, and like they are pulling double duty - some of them were even confused about which dish should go to which table. So, the premium experience of the opening has declined significantly. You're better off on any of the restaurants in front - same food, half the money.

This members only club is a secluded sanctuary that is a great escape from the normal airport hubub. The food is top notch and very expensive. The tuna poke and the beef sliders are delicious. The Manhatten was fantastic.

I really dislike giving bad reviews, but the truth is simply the truth--slow service (food came out of the kitchen at various times for a party of only 3). I literally had to take my entire meal in a To-Go container (after waiting 20-25 min) and eat it the gate as I was afraid to miss my flight. Hopefully, this is NOT the norm and I merely had a bad/usual experience?

Quiet...Very quiet....food not worth the price. I hate to give a bad review, but wish I had eaten at my regular spot.
